An Unusual Letter

Greetings to all,
Bookbinders tend to be collectors so I thought a collectors piece might be in order.
I saw this in a collection I was valuing for an Agricultural College in Queensland. A poultry keeper donated some material with the idea that the college would set up a museum. The idea was not ever going to happen, but some materials were collectible and rare and so they asked me to value them and sort them.
This picture caught my attention as being interesting, but the Principal of the college wanted it on his wall. I suspect its still on his wall in a different college.
It has some very interesting features and I leave it to you to see. Perhaps you might like to email me if you know something of this or see the interesting part. You might need to download so you can look at it with a better program than on the site can allow.
Regards,
- Jim, VBG President
